When you contact Bell & Washington, we will set up an initial consultation over the phone, via Zoom, or at our offices. Our attorneys intentionally set aside time every day for client conferences. We will listen to the facts of your case and discuss how we can assist you. If you decide to retain us as your legal representation, we will create a retainer agreement for you. After signing we will be with you every step of the way until a settlement is reached or your case goes to trial.
